We are thrilled to have had a chance to talk to Jean Lane, Deputy Superintendent at Richland School District, about how they've implemented powerful teaching and learning in their district, and how it's working.

In this 20-minute interview, PTL Founder and President Alison Olzendam talks to Jean about

  • How Richland got started with Powerful Teaching and Learning
  • What lessons they have learned over the past years
  • Pitfalls to avoid
  • Key tips to help ensure that your implementation is successful
  • What kind of results they are seeing, and how it has changed their district culture
  • Her thoughts for the future and how Powerful Teaching and Learning will continue to evolve and grow at Richland
